For collecting information, methods of qualitative research were used; the results showed that the introduction of chatbots with voice input and sentiment analysis functions can improve the quality of customer service, making it more efficient, improve the quality of customer service, making it more efficient and convenient. In addition, the study showed that chatbots with artificial intelligence can reduce the need for staff members, but will not completely replace them. The directions of bank chatbots development are proposed in order to better match the processes of complex transformation of banking activities based on artificial intelligence technologies.

#27 Flexible client-centered management model as an innovative tool for sustainable management system upgrade

The research [...] Load More purpose is to develop a flexible client-centered management model as an innovative tool for sustainable updating of management systems. A methodological basis of the study involved a systematic approach, methods of priorities, variant, systemic, functional, and comparative analyses, a specific historical approach to the processes under study, and statistical methods for collecting and analyzing data. General scientific methods of cognition, analysis, and synthesis, inductive logic of identifying and delineating the problem area, a deductive approach to finding solutions to the tasks set were applied; an integrated approach to building the research logic was used within the framework of the positivist paradigm. Sociological methods of collecting, processing, and interpreting information were applied; analysis of documents and statistical data, secondary analysis of a number of economic studies on the issues of Agile transformation and the introduction of FCMM in enterprises and the impact on their sustainable development was made. A theoretical analysis of the Agile family management was carried out and interviews were held with managers and employees of industrial enterprises; an algorithm for the sustainable implementation of Agile approaches in the management system of an industrial enterprise was worked out; methodological tools for assessing the economic effect of the Agile transformation of an enterprise were formed; the main factors determining the success or failure of the introduction of flexible management methods were formulated. Scientific novelty of the research is the following: the interpretation of the concept of Agile transformation was clarified; the specific character of the innovative knowledge economy as an environment for the development of learning organizations and client-centered management was identified; the factors that play a decisive role for the successful implementation of flexible approaches to project management and the enterprise management system were systematized, the common mistakes and causes of problems in the Agile transformation were flagged up; the main problems were identified, detailed characteristics of the most important factors of resistance to the introduction of Agile approaches into the management system and organizational environment of enterprises were presented, and a detailed algorithm for the implementation of FCMM by an enterprise was formulated; the necessity of introducing the coefficient of flexibility of the management system and the ability of project management at the enterprise into the calculation of the cost of the enterprise to adapt the product to the client’s request was substantiated; a methodology for assessing the proposed coefficient of flexibility of the enterprise management system, considering the specifics of the industry segment, was suggested; and methodological tools and recommendations for assessing the economic effect of the Agile transformation of the enterprise, its subsequent use were developed.

#34 Banking innovations in the digital economy: theory and practice

Existing scientific areas lack covering the entire spectrum of problems of banking activity (BA) in Russia in the conditions of the formation of additional risks and uncertainty of the external environment [...] Load More associated with the introduction of banking innovations (BI). In this regard, the research purpose is to develop the theoretical, methodological, and methodical basis for organizing the Russian Federation banking activity based on the banking innovations in the digital economy. In the research, methods of systemic, structural, functional, and comparative analysis of economic reality, objective assessments and definitions of vectors for the development of the functional basis for studying the consequences of the BI introduction by Russian credit organizations were applied. The instrumental base of the research is implemented through the use of such methods as observation, modeling, and the method of scientific abstractions. Upon completion of the study, conceptual framework for the implementation of BI in the conditions of the digital economy (DE) based on the cross-channel banking infrastructure (CCBI) was developed; an analysis of the development of approaches to the content of the concept of BI in the conditions of the DE was carried out, and a broader concept of a single space called the “digital banking ecosystem” was introduced; a conclusion was made about the need for regulators to revise their regulatory powers, considering additional threats to the DE; directions for the development of BA regulation technologies were determined; three main types of organizational structure (functional, matrix, and project) were singled out, and their influence on the efficiency of BI implementation in the context of DE was identified; the importance of BI in the development of the Russian banks’ activities was substantiated; the need to assess emerging risks and opportunities for a new banking product of CCBI in its development and testing was validated. The scientific novelty of the study is the following: a theoretical and conceptual base for studying the essence, content, and implementation of BI in the conditions of DE was developed; the institutional and economic dominants of the introduction of BI in the BA were studied and substantiated, and the current trends in the development of BI were clarified; approaches to the introduction of BI in the DE, considering the directions of the formation of the CCBI were clarified and adapted; a methodological approach to developing criteria for the implementation of BI depending on the type of organizational structure was proposed; a heuristic model of an optimization type for evaluating the effectiveness of BI implementation in the conditions of the DE was developed; approaches to the development of CCBI for the introduction of BI were classified; the need to create and implement a single frontal information platform for the BA was argued; a theoretical and methodological basis for the creation of an adaptive CCBI was developed; a methodological approach to assessing additional bank risks arising in the context of the introduction of BI was elaborated; directions of regulation of CCBI were determined, and recommendations for the implementation of BI in the conditions of the DE of Russia were developed.

The research purpose is the development [...] Load More of theoretical provisions and elaboration of new methodological approaches and tools for managing financial risks in providing ES DPS. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the scientific works of domestic and foreign economists in the field of economic theory, risk management theory, ES theory, laws and regulations governing the management of payment systems and the ES DPS. In the study, general and special methods of scientific knowledge were applied: abstract-logical, analysis and synthesis, economic-statistical, calculation-constructive, expert-based, graphical, etc. MS Office Excel application software tools were used for statistical information processing. Much attention was paid to the analysis of the practical experience of specialists involved in this area at various managerial levels. The scientific novelty of the study is the following: methodological features of the DPS functioning were revealed; the description of DPS as an ES object was presented; the author-developed definition of the financial risk of DPS was given; the classification of financial risks emerging when working with DPS was characterized and supplemented by a group of criminal and financial risks arising from the impact of threats that reduce the efficiency of these systems; an analysis of methodological approaches to assessing DPS risks was given, considering the current situation in the field of ensuring the security of online payments; the author-developed definition of EB DPS was proposed; a methodology for identifying threats to ES DPS was developed; the factors determining the stability of the DPS operation were identified, and a training model for effective DPS risk management was developed; recommendations on the protection of payment transactions in DPS were made based on specific proposals for improving certain legislative norms.

The theoretical basis of the study includes the scientific works devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological provisions for the management of enterprises’ innovative activities, the rationalization of managerial methods and tools, the specification and technologization of these processes. In the research, methods of structural analysis and synthesis, generalization, analogy, system analysis, optimization, economic, and mathematical modeling were used. The substantiation of the optimal structure of the process under study was carried out within the framework of systemic, situational, process-related, and functional methods. A model for the development of MIEIA and dynamic simulation models for the dependence of the efficiency of industrial enterprises’ production and innovation activities on the factors of innovative development were elaborated; the system of progressive information support for MIEIA was justified.

Problems regarding technical interoperability in advanced IT systems are solved in this article. The automated systems should use the information in compatible mode, in a specific sense, and the content of the interaction between them must be of similar understanding. Financial organizations use the common semantic field to harmonize their data by existing government public information to communicate with each other. Automatic integration is an expert method of qualitative development. A proportion of the information sources that are incompatible and semantically mapped are the most critical integration indicators. With the help of embedding special algorithms, estimates can be automatically computed, which documents the discrepancies in information known as rejected transactions. The other important indicator of interoperability is the number of attributes such as facts, tags, etc., which can be extracted from this information block. Semantic interoperability’s techniques are in demand at all phases of the automated systems’ life cycle. This article proposes some methods for qualitative and quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of available integration technologies. It attempts to learn how qualitative aspects and quantitative estimates are made of this phenomenon.

The usage of data mining techniques is necessary for specific characteristics of innovative activities, those who are related to the statistics lack. In this article, the mathematical and economical apparatus is suggested for diagnosing various internal and external environmental elements based on the modified algorithms of increasing pyramidal networks. This modification is implicated by using the methods of fuzzy logic to attain a single reasonable decision under uncertain conditions. We have applied fuzzy inference algorithms to calculate the power connection between the conditions and factors and the vertex significance. With the help of a neuro-fuzz classifier, an aggregate assessment of different indicators can be found – the external and internal enterprise environment characteristics. These methodologies are applied as the expert-diagnostic system developed using server pages of the Caché database and MatLab tools, a mathematical package. With the application of these tools, the accepted decisions’ validity will be enhanced, and the errors in the first stages of the project life cycle will be reduced.

It has been demonstrated that the e-trading platforms provide extra benefits related to the simplification of the processes for the tenders’ participation to track the status of the parties’ relationship to the risk deduction and transaction, concerning the speculators’ control on prices. A scheme of participant interactions with the e-trading platforms at different stages of purchase, sale, and transactions has been developed by the authors. The decisions of problems of the internal business procedure management on behalf of electronic trading platforms are provided based on the Directum and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The data exchange management in the Directum and Microsoft Dynamics is put forward on the basis of XML use. Findings showed that usage of the electronic trading platforms in the oil sectors tends to have a great contribution in the formation as well as the implementation of the unified policy in various spheres, including order placement; in addition, it enhances the interactions’ efficiency of the oil firms with the external environment.

[...] Load More The study aimed to critically analyze the evolutionary approaches and prospects for the development of international economic relations between the South–South cooperation countries. This paper presents a retrospective analysis of the evolution of approaches to the development of international South–South cooperation. According to the results of the analysis, the cyclical nature of the formation of relations in this direction and the intensification of development is due to the crisis of the unipolar world order with the dominance of the collective West. Based on theoretical generalization and systematization, the vector of the development of international relations between countries in the South-South direction determined the trajectory of development from politics to the economy. The rapidly growing processes of globalization are highlighted as the main factors stimulating these transformations. This paper focuses on the lack of conceptual approaches to the development of international economic relations in the South–South cooperation. The orientation of this economic and political research is based predominately on Marxist and neo-Marxist ideology. This study identifies economic opportunities created through the development of international South-South cooperation, primarily, the development of TNCs in increasing their competitiveness due to the concentration of foreign investment and other forms of cross-border capital flows and debt financing (such as Chinese loans), the strengthening of mutual trade between countries, and technology transfer. Among the threats to economic development, the problems of social and ecological dumping were singled out, in which the high current rates of economic growth are a constraint to development, primarily, the growth of diversification of the development of countries, participants of international cooperation, and the asymmetrical nature of interdependence between countries. South–South cooperation prospects were identified based on opportunities and threats. The conclusions of the study serve as a basis for the development of South–South international economic relations, considering the identified priority of the stimulating and discouraging factors in the development of international cooperation between countries and their economic development.
