#18-comp Agent Synchronization Knowledge Applications in the Parallel DES (Discrete- Event Simulation)

These agents [...] Load More are considered to be «smart» because they have specific knowledge that assists them in reasoning in various situations. The main idea underlying this research is that knowledge base can be used not only for artificial intelligence but also for parallel simulation’s synchronization algorithms. Besides, this paper offers the family of algorithms, termed as Knowledge-Based Agent Synchronization Algorithms (KBASA), that end up in notable improvement in the standard optimistic algorithms. Specially designed on the agent-based system, they are not compatible with the usual distributed simulation due to a lack of knowledge. Moreover, ontology has been presented as the knowledge base of an agent. The ontology specifications are also mentioned in this article. Ultimately, Knowledge-Based Agent Synchronization Algorithms were designed and applied on Akka (for Scala programming language) and then evaluated by testing on real models. In addition to the theoretical description and practical findings, a comparison with the standard optimistic algorithms was also provided in this article on the same model.

Abstract: In this article, division of a set of (PRK) Problems of Representation of Knowledge in the computer system is offered. This division occurs in the tasks put forward from the decision of knowledge engineers and the cover developers of the (SFK) systems founded on knowledge. The selected researches are isolated from the Scientific Direction (SD) to apply to systemization. The main characteristics of the Scientific Direction are generated and formalized by: subject, methods, object, purpose and research problems. Then, the definition is formulated for each characteristic. At the description and identification of the new SD research methods, it wasn’t essential to succeed in the necessary specifications. However, articles of concrete, practical works that are performed within the new Scientific Direction enable successfully yet intuitively to implement the applied research methods. In the article «Representation of knowledge in computer systems», the isolation of the SD is performed and explained where it can and should become the activator of purposeful and conscious researches to create the sound theoretical basis for PRK solution. In this article, the material statement is generated in the form of dialogue with the opponent. In addition, the versatility of the consideration problem on the subject of the article is offered. The opponent chose some earlier essence that was not studied, and they chose to correspond with them and proposed to call them a concept and named it «the virtual admirer». In the article, each stream of the sophism brought forth by the virtual admirer, the explanations opening intentionally wrong selection of the starting positions were given.

#16-comp Synchronizer’s software architecture as part of the modeling language interpreter of declarative Web-application

Abstract: The development of specific low-level software for the synchronization of data structures between clients and file system is the chief line of work. The extended nature of elements is the leading difference, so that Set can have connections between other sets and specific data type can be obtained by Block. Problems are caused in database rebuilding when the BML developer makes adjustments to the source code. This way, the adjusted project generates a high load in the system, and therefore, the procedure must be distributed using the child process. The other problem that emerges is the consistent reading of the data in the file system. Therefore, the synchronizer is also required to carry out the file catching function. Synchronizer checks the altered properties such as checksum or date of files in the working directory using specified interval checks and completely reloads the data’s logic structure when there is any such change. Researchers have proposed the use of non-blocking sockets to interact with clients. Each client should interpret the necessary data that is transmitted via BSON (Binary JSON). In this paper, the author has put together a complicated architecture of low-level software and suggested some non-standard solutions.

In this article, three main approaches have been described for message exchange within this kind of architecture, ease of maintenance and use and performance. Mechanisms of message exchange that have been reviewed include event manager, C# native events, publisher type tracking and event manager with the event and static events list with tight IDE integration and responsibility demarcation. Each of these methods is intended to be used inside version 4 of Unity3D. Therefore, they are single-threaded and compatible with .NET 3.5. Although a little bit more verbose than the other two approaches, the static events list has still proven itself as the best one regarding the best IDE integration and performance. The most valuable part of the chosen method is that rather than shifting the abstraction overhead into the runtime, it shifts a considerable part of the overhead abstraction into a compiled phase application. This proves that within the Unity3D application, the static events lists approach is the best one yet.

Recently, it has become topical to investigate the features of evolving information systems in holding management. This present paper talks about the Management Information Systems (MIS) evolution. Modeling of support MIS performance procedure is performed using the optimal composition of resources needed in the first phase. The model considers that systems’ parameters slowly drift far away from the optimum while phase trajectory is «attracted» towards the stable and non-optimal points in the evolution. All this attests to the valid fact that there is a requirement of an MIS new version hypothesis, and the performance of the critical bifurcation point is proved. Without interrupting the lifecycle and still improving the system’s state requires some specific solutions including, the release of the MIS new version. In holdings, some scientific consulting and research units can execute systematic analytical research regarding Management information systems; in addition, they can set targets for external organisations such as research institutes and universities.

The idea of systemization and centralization in IT services through service catalogue has been observed in practice, and it is failing. This article puts forward IT services algorithm distribution with the help of organizational structure. The algorithms suggested take into consideration not only systems and technical aspects but also budget management. In addition, the reasons and outcomes of the transfer of IT services to non-expert subdivisions were examined. Hence, a more efficient organizational structure of the IT department was permitted by the new distribution of the IT services. IT department put emphasis on the system-wide problems and the infrastructure, ensuring the cost reduction in IT. The present article entails examples of the distribution of IT services for Network State Institutions and University.

The lack of coordination is attributable to the dearth of research on BIM applications. The current publications do not evaluate the specification of BIM Uses to the required degree of clarity in terms of concrete processes and tools for their implementation. The present study looks at how to classify BIM uses using a codification method. One of the most important characteristics of classification is that it helps you observe the completeness and limits of BIM application, including blind spots. Probable BIM Uses are defined using the example of a residential block, and then they are combined in the project's map of scenarios, from which the project's general BIM Uses with all possible communications are created. The developer must concentrate on the general BIM Uses when writing the EIR. Finally, the last section provides a summary of the algorithm's applicability for both investment and developer projects. This algorithm will be studied further to see if it can be generalized and formalized.

#3-edu Information and simulation model for evaluation of cloud server workload in the process of planning scientific activities at the university

As the systems are being operated, the requirements to technical means are constantly increasing, which is related to the need to build up the knowledge data bases as components of a training system. Knowledge data bases themselves require qualified maintenance and continuous testing of the load in order to ensure a high-quality educational process in case of a large number of users. The purpose of this study was to develop an information and simulation model for diagnosing the cloud service workload within the university educational process. The object of the study was cloud ERP-hosting, implemented in the educational process to conduct seminars (Corporate Information Systems and Information Management Systems) for 4-year IT students. Structural and functional modeling was used to substantiate the algorithm and system of parameters for planning the educational process and computer class equipment for the use of ERP, CPM and CRM software servers. The paper establishes main conditions and limitations of the educational process for students with the use of information systems based on differences in time parameters of individual characteristics of students, the performance of the ERP server, the number of students using the software service simultaneously during the execution of tasks, the speed of the server, and the use of resources only server systems of different vendors. AnyLogic 7 software has been used to develop an information and simulation model of assessment and diagnostics of cloud service workload in the course of practical classes for the specified academic disciplines. Two pedagogical experiments were carried out to test the use of the developed mathematical model of ERP-system workload from different vendors in the process of training students in the cloud service. The results obtained in this study have practical value and can be useful in planning the educational process in higher education system not only for distance learning, but also for training IT students.

#6-ec Evaluation of information systems capacity in the management of mass service organizational structures

The aim of the paper is to develop an approach to the assessment of information systems capacity in the management of organizational structures of mass service based on determining boundary conditions of stability. The results of the research suggest a mathematical apparatus to assess the adequacy of information systems resource capacity. The proposed apparatus includes the models of representation and functioning of the information system and the resource state model. The models of representation and functioning of information system are constructed by applying the empirical method; they reflect the composition and interrelation between the subjects of information system management, functional and information organizational structure, and resources, and determine the stages of information processing. The results of the functioning model analysis helped to determine the features of information systems, which formed the basis for identifying boundary conditions for their stable functioning. The revealed main types of information paths, depending on the architecture of the information system, were used to construct models, which reflect the chain of information transfer towards the central office and back (towards the territorial subdivision), linking the requirements and the system result. Using the identified features, the timeliness indicators, command and data formats, and resource load on the part of functional organizational structures were rationed, using the expert method and methods to assess the adequacy of the homogeneous organizational structure and assembly-type organizational structure. A resource state model was built to determine the boundary conditions of information system stability. The model allows estimating the system's employment interval by comparing the number of commands in service and waiting time at any given point in time. Boundary conditions of stability in the study are treated as limit values of information system resources power below which the information system is unable to provide timely data delivery. The mathematical apparatus has been developed as a tool to assess suitability of an information system based on boundary conditions of its stability, which can be used in the process of managing organizational structures of mass service.

#8-ec System-process model for improving the efficiency of customs services

Abstract: The growing openness of national economies, the prospects for integration into the world economy, and the expansion of foreign economic activity raise the issue of efficient organization of customs services. The aim of the paper is to develop an approach to increase efficiency of customs service in the sea port area. In order to analyze events in real [...] Load More time, a system-process model for increasing the efficiency of customs services has been developed. The model is built using the technology of processing complex events. The actors of the customs services market, interrelationships between them, and the responsible executives (corresponding to the competence of the actors) have been determined empirically and confirmed by the results of theoretical analysis and systematization. The model is presented in the form of a network graph with a) nodes presenting the works that describe the process of providing customs service according to the technological cards of cargo handling; and b) edges presenting causal relations between the stages of the process. The network model, built using the AnyLogic software package, reflects the sequence of works describing cargo operations and the process of providing customs services in the sea port area; duration of each stage; and the conditions of transition to the next stage and responsible executives. The network model allows optimizing the process of providing customs service according to the criterion of minimizing the time for customs operations and minimizing costs by searching the shortest way through the network and streamlining the work of responsible executives on the basis of possible variants of sequence of stages and individual workloads. The results of the model construction are presented in graphical and analytical interpretation as a system-process model, which reflects the impact of input information and limitations on the system result. The developed model allows visually designing the process of providing customs services at the seaport and analytically confirming the findings. Optimization was carried out on the example of the system of customs services provided by the customs in the area of the container terminal of the port. The model based on the results of the study serves as an analytical tool for designing the process of customs services in seaports, taking into account the peculiarities of technological processing of cargo and can be used both for optimizing a separate customs system and for developing a state strategy for development of the customs service.
