#10-comp Synchronization of Communication Network’s Communication Nodes Based on Neural Metanet

Abstract: The difficulty of synchronizing local timers on separate nodes of the communication network is to analyze the time required for the information message with the current stamp to transport from the source to the target node. To determine the time advance [...] Load More of the package that accommodates the time stamp, the use of the distributed neural network architecture is suggested that includes the delay line with the taps, which exchange the temporary package’s information part during its transport through the communication network. To execute time correction where the packet at the target node is delivered, the neural network expert raises the complication level of the internal architecture without losing stability or functioning of the cascade-correlation neural network. The learning experience includes adjustment of only additional neuroelements, making it possible to raise the speed of the system’s operation. Also, a method is used to compress the temporary package’s data information part with the purpose to enhance the efficiency using the neural network, which is built on neuroelement made explicitly to a summing integrator that has losses on the scheme having switching capacitors. A combination of two trigonometric neural networks carries out data compression by considering the key characteristics of the analyzed signal complexes. The assessment of the cascade-correlation neural network’s functioning process showed the timer’s correction capacity that is located in the network nodes. Analysis of the average change dynamics of the error counts time in units of the communication network showed the proficiency of the suggested synchronization approach.

In this paper, examples of the improvement in the concrete program systems are given that offers the corresponding characteristics of the life imitating machine status that figures prominently. Therefore, readers can make unambiguity for the distinction of operations of intellectual behavior and intellectual modeling of the subject. It is also noteworthy that the shortage of accurate differentiation of elements of the triune essence (the subject, its intellectual behavior, and intellect) brought out completely new questions related to the modeling with intellect from the research area. When scaling a problem in intellectual modeling and research, its practical and theoretical importance, as well as its relevance, is shown. It is highlighted that the long-term demand for the solution of questions about the intellectual modeling and research in a combination of complication of their decision resulted in unconscious and conscious replacement in the concept of scientific literature «modeling of intellect» by the concept «modeling of intellectual behavior». #8-comp Design and Implementation of a Language Interpreter Web-interface Modelling on a High-performance Distributed System

Especially, [...] Load More a comparison of Web platforms’ efficiency in both dynamic and static environments between traditional PHP, CGI, and Fast CGI programming. The efficiency of gathering and interpreting languages is also considered. The study showed that the FastCGI platform alongside the C++ language offers the best performance and result. Here, the base system components’ detailed architecture is considered. The interpreter incorporates low-level programming components and must perform the following tasks: retrieve and user sessions, parsing of XML-like documents, HTTP request parsing, interaction with DBMS, provision of computed data to templates, the process of regular expressions and etc. Some intensive resource processes in the interpreter also require detailed analysis. XML syntax is the basis of the BML language; therefore, its interpreter needs a proper XML parser. Although it lacks the highest efficiency, the authors still chose libxml2 as the best for fast development. Some elements are developed independently, including configuration files parser, all interface classes, HTTP-parser, session manager, and many others. This article displayed the interpreter development process in high-efficiency systems in complicated engineering solutions.

#5-comp Mathematical Methods and Models to Solve Problems of Quality Management, Information Support, and Operators’ Activity Assessment in Complicated Human-machine Systems

Abstract: This article deals with the standard working conditions of the MO (Man-operator) in the CHMS (Complex Human-machine System). Special examples of the CHMS are also mentioned. It demonstrated that the MO work demands various terms, including timely implementation and acceptance of technical decisions and management, operational recognition of hazardous [...] Load More situations, storage of important instructions in memory for necessary action, perception, and judgment of large volumes of information, and the estimates of their implementation effects. CHMS features like real-time management is also specified: for the implementation and acceptance of MO solutions, original mathematical models are offered. Alternative forms of the MO sensor systems to ensure the operator with essential information is also considered. The main psychophysiological parameters that affect the MO usage and information perception are discussed: volumes of long-term and short-term memory, time expenditure to accept one or multicriteria solutions, speeds of perceiving different types of information, attention indicators, and the duration of “motor reactions”; moments of side-by-side performance by the MO in varying types of work which is CHCM management’s concern. Alternatives of operator testing according to specific parameters are also analyzed. The convenience of retrospective analysis and accumulation of testing results for individual MO and MO groups has been justified. There are many opportunities for MO training involving the use of adaptive modes are described. The information models of the Man-Operator activity regarding CHMS and models of dynamic management models of information volumes are demonstrated to MO. Practical restrictions and opportunities on periodic control and/or continuous monitoring of MO in the duration of work are examined. They offer the mathematical models for the optimization of control volumes as well as the consideration of the positive and negative effects. Potential approaches to a posteriori estimates are considered, and viable methods for the MO activity quality management are defined.

#20-comp Description of Objects’ Spatio-Temporal Relationship in Object-Attribute Database

Abstract: The main purpose of this research was to develop a widely applicable network (graph) database (DB) to represent the text's meaning in a natural language (general DB). Although generally, the physical world’s meaning descriptions are presented in texts, it is needed to segregate the DB part (physical DB) supposed to describe the cause-effect and Spatio-temporal [...] Load More relationships between objects. The present research emphasizes this component of DB since it can be utilised in NLP as well as in different areas, including virtual reality, mobile technical objects’ automatic systems that are used for orientation in space. Physical-world is described by the physical DB using the perspective of subjective perception by a technical object or a person. Moreover, the object-attribute approach to data structure involves both physical and general DB. A rigid format and organization principle was developed for physical DB; in addition, the principle to obtain new information and the information search technology based on current information was also developed for physical DB. Practically, almost all possible features of objects can be described by physical DB in addition to the real-world relations between those objects: relative direction and position of objects, their metrics and dimensions, along with their cause and effect relationship. Besides, the application of the theory of the linguistic variables and fuzzy sets ensure the subjective perception of the real world.
