To understand the basic concept of system analysis, the classical risk theory by Daniel Bernoulli can be selected along with the neoclassical theory of Lawrence Galitz. With the application of these special theories, risk analysis is reduced to the stability analysis of the automated control system. The application of mathematical methods of operational calculus is also performed, and with the help of functions theory of complex variable, sustainability criteria is used. The authors of this paper developed special software called a simulation model that investigates the dynamics of the control systems and offers the structure of this research. These dynamics are graphically illustrated by using locus where a special figure is automatically developed on the complex plane. The numerical examples show the application of the software package called Actor Pilgrim, a special simulation system. Below in this paper, we reflect on the system analysis of risky management process by using special scales used in decision making support system DSS such as investment projects.

This paper also offers the limitations of the current level of information technology application which ensures the implementations of integrated logistics support life cycle of petrochemical companies' pipeline systems. Different software packages are designed to eliminate the disadvantages, and such packages are created after taking account of system approach methodology, artificial intelligence theory methods, integrated information environment and modern concepts of integrated logistics support. The outcomes of the systems analysis and the technical and engineering setting goals of integrated logistics support the life cycle of petrochemical companies' pipeline systems are implemented in this paper. It presents the hardware and functional requirements for the complex programs for integrated logistics support implementation and offers computational-network structure, architecture, database composition, and software functional modules. The developed complex of programs was practically applied to one of the enterprises, and its results are presented as the key results of this paper.

Problems regarding technical interoperability in advanced IT systems are solved in this article. The automated systems should use the information in compatible mode, in a specific sense, and the content of the interaction between them must be of similar understanding. Financial organizations use the common semantic field to harmonize their data by existing government public information to communicate with each other. Automatic integration is an expert method of qualitative development. A proportion of the information sources that are incompatible and semantically mapped are the most critical integration indicators. With the help of embedding special algorithms, estimates can be automatically computed, which documents the discrepancies in information known as rejected transactions. The other important indicator of interoperability is the number of attributes such as facts, tags, etc., which can be extracted from this information block. Semantic interoperability’s techniques are in demand at all phases of the automated systems’ life cycle. This article proposes some methods for qualitative and quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of available integration technologies. It attempts to learn how qualitative aspects and quantitative estimates are made of this phenomenon.

The usage of data mining techniques is necessary for specific characteristics of innovative activities, those who are related to the statistics lack. In this article, the mathematical and economical apparatus is suggested for diagnosing various internal and external environmental elements based on the modified algorithms of increasing pyramidal networks. This modification is implicated by using the methods of fuzzy logic to attain a single reasonable decision under uncertain conditions. We have applied fuzzy inference algorithms to calculate the power connection between the conditions and factors and the vertex significance. With the help of a neuro-fuzz classifier, an aggregate assessment of different indicators can be found – the external and internal enterprise environment characteristics. These methodologies are applied as the expert-diagnostic system developed using server pages of the Caché database and MatLab tools, a mathematical package. With the application of these tools, the accepted decisions’ validity will be enhanced, and the errors in the first stages of the project life cycle will be reduced.

This paper suggests the formation of a typical behavior scenario by observing moving objects in a group. On the basis of the analysis of various subsystems, defective behavior scenario was selected as probabilistic source of security threats. The structural principle of situational behavior classification is in compliance with the possible safety violations and the classification of different types of object interaction systems. This paper defines 9 fundamental types of dynamic systems having objects with internal motive’s decisions. #1-eng Methodology for Integration of Neural Network Diagnostic Models of Multifaceted Technical Objects

Abstract: Even though neural networks are widely used to solve different machine learning problems, they have still not offered complete technical diagnostics solutions despite many attempts (except for a few instances). It is due to the precise nature of technical diagnostics, which makes it different from the usual machine learning problems. After analyzing [...] Load More the specific features of technical diagnostics, the authors put forward an approach to diagnose complex technical objects. Their approach focuses on using built-in diagnostic systems and is established on the neural system reference diagnostic representations of practically isolated assemblies and nodes. With this article, the authors have described the methodology for integrating these models, how they are trained on the data received by monitoring the test object with built-in diagnostic tools, identifying the admissible response errors, and adapting the current status of the object. The test sample proposed in this article generated results of the fuzzification of the diagnostic model, making it possible to homogenize the approach for the diagnosis of complex technical objects for several purposes. The application of D.Trigg’s tracking control signal introduced by the authors for monitoring the regression residuals in the course of learning enhances the abstraction ability of models and the training quality. This signal’s value is determined by the prototype run on a test sample, which is an auxiliary informative diagnostic parameter to increase the precision of the status classification of the test object. The suggested methodology implemented at the complex technical object design stage optimizes the supervised parameters’ array. It also multiplies the adequacy of the diagnostic data recorded by the inbuilt monitoring and diagnostic tools.

It has been demonstrated that the e-trading platforms provide extra benefits related to the simplification of the processes for the tenders’ participation to track the status of the parties’ relationship to the risk deduction and transaction, concerning the speculators’ control on prices. A scheme of participant interactions with the e-trading platforms at different stages of purchase, sale, and transactions has been developed by the authors. The decisions of problems of the internal business procedure management on behalf of electronic trading platforms are provided based on the Directum and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The data exchange management in the Directum and Microsoft Dynamics is put forward on the basis of XML use. Findings showed that usage of the electronic trading platforms in the oil sectors tends to have a great contribution in the formation as well as the implementation of the unified policy in various spheres, including order placement; in addition, it enhances the interactions’ efficiency of the oil firms with the external environment.
