#18-trans Methodology for Examining the Probability of Aircraft Informational Contact with Airborne Objects

Abstract: This article aims to deliver a methodology to conclude the chances of aircraft information contacting air objects in flight test procedures. The technique offered in this article is different from all the known techniques [...] Load More because it uses advanced IT, and applied the acquired mathematical problem in the form of computer program. Along with that, it is inappropriate to detect the given performance indicators in-flight experiments due to significant resource costs. However, it is suitable to test for practical purposes. It determines the efficiency index of aircraft while searching for airborne objects, the chances of informational contact in a usual air facility. In this article, the computer program measures the conduct of calculations of the output index calculations for several combinations of values and factors affecting the result. After performing simulations, the chances of the aircraft informational contact along with usual air objects under given circumstances were obtained. The outcomes of the study of influence on the possibility of factors passage into informational contact, the air object and the aircraft objectives quality, search conditions, and the quality of the preliminary information are given. This work resulted in establishing the key regularities while solving the issues of the aircraft's informational contact with an airborne object. This methodology framework creates a computer program with a contemporary graphical interface and saves the researcher’s time processing the test results. The prepared approach offers conducting a relative assessment of the competency of aircraft to discover air objects in tests.

The [...] Load More purpose of carrying out these topical theoretical studies is the identification of general algorithms and patterns and the synthesis of analytical models of the system's functioning. This article establishes and explains the effect of an independent power source inside the onboard train integrity monitoring system (subject to the operational errors and features occurring in the communication channel during the transmission of data) on the traffic control system and the section capacity. This effect is represented with the help of acquired dependency graphs and mathematical models. The acquired results will be applied in the traffic control systems authorized by satellite positioning rules, as well as in the design and working of onboard train integrity monitoring systems.

#1-eng Methodology for Integration of Neural Network Diagnostic Models of Multifaceted Technical Objects

After analyzing [...] Load More the specific features of technical diagnostics, the authors put forward an approach to diagnose complex technical objects. Their approach focuses on using built-in diagnostic systems and is established on the neural system reference diagnostic representations of practically isolated assemblies and nodes. With this article, the authors have described the methodology for integrating these models, how they are trained on the data received by monitoring the test object with built-in diagnostic tools, identifying the admissible response errors, and adapting the current status of the object. The test sample proposed in this article generated results of the fuzzification of the diagnostic model, making it possible to homogenize the approach for the diagnosis of complex technical objects for several purposes. The application of D.Trigg’s tracking control signal introduced by the authors for monitoring the regression residuals in the course of learning enhances the abstraction ability of models and the training quality. This signal’s value is determined by the prototype run on a test sample, which is an auxiliary informative diagnostic parameter to increase the precision of the status classification of the test object. The suggested methodology implemented at the complex technical object design stage optimizes the supervised parameters’ array. It also multiplies the adequacy of the diagnostic data recorded by the inbuilt monitoring and diagnostic tools.

#16-trans Assessing Risks for the Upcoming Flight of Helicopters During Meteorological Conditions

In this article, a comparative study is done between Canada and United States’ flight safety factors in commercial, civil aviation; the accident statistics are also analyzed due to adverse meteorological conditions. Since the most number of accidents due to marginal weather conditions happened with helicopters, the article highlights the chances of enhancing helicopter flight safety by devising a methodology for risk assessment related to the influence of unfavorable weather conditions prior to flight operation. Risk assessment techniques, including the CFIT checklist, the Risk Assessment Matrix, and FRAT, have been examined, and the viability of applying FRAT methodology has been established. After updating the segment of “Operating conditions of the aircraft.” a risk assessment technique for the forthcoming flight of helicopters was attained based on FRAT methodology. Lastly, an admissibility scale for the risk level of the upcoming flights was suggested to analyze the obtained risk level values.

#15-eng Comparative Interpretation of Computable Dynamic Models of Port Crane Based On One & Two-Dimensional Finite Elements

Abstract: To calculate the strength of machine-building structures, the finite element method in which a prominent list of basic finite elements is used to create the discrete, limited element computable dynamic representation of load-lifting cranes. CDM is considered [...] Load More to determine stiff characteristics (developing stiffness matrix) and use different structural mechanics methods chosen by a designer to explain the deflected form of the structures. The dynamic parameters are examined according to CDM to explain eigen and enforced oscillations of the structures of the crane under external action. Analyzing the quality of CDM-bearing metal structured bridge cranes which are created with finite elements and bar-shaped open and close profile, is established on the contrast of the complete flexural firmness of Eigen frequencies, the girders, and the eigenforms of oscillations of their computable dynamic model. The usual methodology to build motion for crane systems equations having n degrees (many) of freedom depend on their plate and bar finite elements, and the preceding are founded on theory of plates of Kirchhoff. A comparative analysis is done between oscillations eigenforms of the bar CDM and plate of crane with 33.5m and 130/32 t span. Two advantages are observed for having two types of CDM: they are imperative for strength design analysis, and the other is the revelation of the seismic resistance in forming bridge cranes. In this article, there is a validation of the need to create new ways to calculate finite element models considering the dimensional effect. There is also a recommendation to observe structures as unified dimensional systems to allow various types of non-linearity.

The characteristics of the rarefied environment are analyzed to find out the optimal ranges of operational parameters of the advised transportation system. Based on the balance of power, the expenditure of maintaining the vacuum, and coping with the aerodynamic drag during the speed range of the vehicle (TC) (500÷6500 km/h), the lower bound of the ideal depth of vacuum to vacuum environment is shown. Thus, the vehicles with lower speeds have 25 ÷ 80 PA, and the vehicles with a velocity close to the maximum have a pressure of 1 PA or less.

Analysis: This article is based on the international experience to discuss to use of various materials for possible application in the construction of maglev roads, including steel and concrete, and other composite material. The analysis also includes the superstructures’ operations having different systems and lengths. Finally, the artificial structures of an uninterrupted system are estimated, which can decrease the material consumption as a result of a more favourable allocation of beam forces. Results: It offers the possible methods of constructing maglev roads, including transitioning from one flight to another as the concreting section, using scaffolding, and the cyclical longitudinal sliding method, which merges the serial productions of segments of continuous structure on the stocks as well as longitudinal shifting gathered lash of different sections on bridge’s axis. Conclusion: Devised the primary technical problem concerned with the production of artificial (man-made) structures.

#7-trans The high-temperature limit for copper ceramics present on Transport Systems based on Magnetic Levitation

Abstract: The copper has thermal ceramics, which can cause a problem for transport systems that work on the basis of magnetic levitation; this article focuses on the high temperature of the copper and how to limit it. First, the conversion to higher temperature limit is generated directly from the superconductivity equation for the energy gap. Later, this equation is turned into a linear integral equation. When most of the part is solved exactly twice the number of core connected with lattice parameter gives the result of compounds quantity present on copper. It shows that we can apply this procedure for different critical temperatures. Objective. To develop a theory of high-temperature ceramics of copper present on transport systems based on magnet levitation. Method. The methodology adopted to achieve the desired objective is the four Fermion interactions diagram technique with potential having a solid center. To find out the quantity of copper compounds, we take the value of core connected to the lattice parameter and doubled it. The superconductivity’s energy gap equation gives the conversion to the high-temperature limit, making it a linear integral equation, and its most part is solved exactly. After computing the potential of correlative thermodynamic, the energy formation definition is produced that benefits this condensate. Results 1. The superconductivity for energy gap’s basic equation gives the precise solution for high-temperature volume limit, scattered on a sphere having some radius indirectly proportional to the vital temperature. An energy advantage configuration condensate was seen after the thermodynamic potential correlation calculation. 2. The precise explanation of the superconductivity basic equation for energy gaps allows a complete series of additional decisions with more concise in integral times temperatures. 3. It presented the findings of comprehensive parameters calculation of high-temperature of four types of copper ceramics at various dangerous temperatures. The (ge) powerful interaction coupling contains the Fermi weak order contact coupling in 3 orders of weaker magnitude as compared to the electromagnetic one Conclusion. This research resulted in developing a high-temperature theory of ceramics on copper for magnet levitation-based transport systems. Superconducting condensation is limited at the sphere’s surface with a specific radius indirectly relative to the critical temperature. U=ge/Re pit depth ratio to the critical high-temperature is integrated into all cases with a 0.880 constant value with 0.11 allowable dispersion was found.

    #6-trans Establishing Electromagnetic Safety for Maglev Transport at High-Speed

[...] Load More The purpose behind this work is to ensure the safety of people (staff and passengers) and high-speed ground maglev transport’s technical resources from electromagnetic interference. It is done by optimisation synthesis. The objective of this article is the optimisation of the placement of field sources in such areas that have variable geometric characteristics. This work follows the methodology of synthesising elements of an energy system with such characteristics that depend on electromagnetic interference behaviour. During the designing of the mathematical model of the energy system, electromagnetic interference, constructive and technological constraints are taken into account. The electromagnetic interference is calculated from multiple sources in the premises of the energy system to solve nonlinear tasks of a particular type of mathematical programming. The known methods of mathematical programming don’t work on these problems due to their peculiarities. The final phase is to apply formalisation methods and algorithms for the resolution of optimisation issues of placement. It became feasible to search for the optimisation tasks with the number of suggestions given by the author, which are as follows: • Introduction of scalar potentials to describe external electromagnetic interference generated from the elements of electric power plant; • Introduction of inter influence by considering the influence of the sources that are located closely; • Development of screening tasks in harmonic decompositions form; • Application of additional theorems which describe the solutions of mathematical physics equations in various coordinate systems. This work concludes that the proposed method of development of maglev transport electric energy system might be useful.
