The goal is to theoretically substantiate, develop, and test a model for the formation and development of mathematical creativity in high school students when they are taught elements of the theory of special numbers. In the study, methods of empirical analysis were used (observation, questioning, polling, conversations, testing, analysis of high school students’ tests and creative works); as well as theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis, classification, analogy, modeling, generalization, analysis of psychological-pedagogical, scientific-methodical, and mathematical literature); pedagogical experiment, qualitative and quantitative analysis of its results in terms of the methods of mathematical statistics. Based on the analysis of philosophical, psychological, scientific-pedagogical, educational and methodological literature, the essence of the concept of “high school students’ mathematical creativity” was clarified, the students’ creative qualities (personal and cognitive) were identified and structured, and the theoretical foundations of the model for the formation and development of high school students’ mathematical creativity were determined. The use of various methods, forms, and means of problem-oriented and development education in the organization of educational activities, primarily a multi-level system of mathematical problems, contributes to the formation of students’ creative qualities (personal and cognitive), and the ability and readiness for continuous self-education, development, and personal growth.

#5 Development of students’ academic mobility based on a cross-cultural approach

The research purpose is to expand, theoretically substantiate, and experimentally test the [...] Load More concept of the development of academic mobility of students of a pedagogical university based on a cross-cultural approach. The methodological basis of the study involves the main provisions of the pedagogical methodology, the history of pedagogy, and the history of education; theoretical studies of phenomena and processes in the pedagogy of higher education: a systematic approach; a cross-cultural approach; a competence approach; a personality-oriented approach; and an interdisciplinary approach. In the study, the following theoretical framework is used: retrospective analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, modeling, design, forecasting, etc. The empirical methods applied in this research are: observation, conversation, interviews, survey, testing, the method of expert assessments, the method of generalization of independent features, pedagogical experiment, and methods of mathematical statistics. A model for the development of academic mobility of students of a pedagogical university centered on a cross-cultural approach was conceptually substantiated; the pedagogical conditions for the concept implementation, the pedagogical patterns for the formation of the readiness for the future teacher’s personality involvement in the academic mobility process, and the principles for the development of pedagogical university students’ academic mobility based on a cross-cultural approach were revealed; the idea of a cross-cultural approach was substantiated and expanded by specifying the features of the “cross-cultural educational environment” concept; the conceptual apparatus was supplemented with the introduced interpretations of the concepts of “mobile competence”, “adaptive competence”; a mechanism for implementing the technology for the development of pedagogical university students’ academic mobility considering a cross-cultural approach was developed; criteria, indicators, and levels of readiness of the future teacher for academic mobility were proposed. The model for the development of students’ academic mobility based on a cross-cultural approach can be adapted to the conditions of secondary vocational pedagogical education, and the proposed diagnostic tool can be applied in different types of educational institutions. The research novelty is the substantiation of the need for the development of academic mobility; revealing the importance of integration of systemic, culturological, interdisciplinary, axiological, and competence-based approaches with the leading role of the cross-cultural approach for the development of academic mobility; elaboration of the methodological foundations of the concept of “development of pedagogical university students’ academic mobility based on a cross-cultural approach”; the construction of a model of its development including a new element in the structure of the teacher’s competence – “mobile competence”; working out a technology for the development of pedagogical university students’ academic mobility centered on a cross-cultural approach, characterized by the complexity of measures covering various areas of activity in teachers’ training.

Systems that rely on the circulation of digital financial assets are now able to regulate the behavior of users through the use of program code that defines the algorithm for acceptable actions by an individual. In addition, this capability creates the illusion that the legal regulation of social relations concerning the circulation of digital financial assets is unnecessary. This article aims to develop proposals for improving the existing regulation of digital financial assets based on an analysis of theoretical provisions, existing legal regulations, and draft regulatory acts. The methodological basis of the research includes philosophical approaches such as the dialectical approach, which assumes interconnections among social and state-legal phenomena related to the circulation of digital financial assets and their interdependence, and the axiological approach, which focuses on determining the usefulness and value of the legal regulation of digital financial assets. Common scientific approaches such as the historical, system, functional, and logical approaches are also used in the research. Moreover, it would prove impossible to conduct such research without the use of purely legal approaches such as the comparative-legal and formal-legal approaches. The scientific novelty of this article lies in the complex investigation of the special traits of international digital financial assets in a number of countries and the identification of directions for improving financial legislation in this area.

#1 Psychological dynamics of students’ learning motivation during the learning process

Abstract: This article aims to systematize the theoretical foundations and approaches to the study of learning motivation in the field of psychology in order to identify the dynamics of students’ learning motivation as well as the factors that determine it. To achieve the research goals and complete the tasks set, methods and techniques that have previously proven [...] Load More effective in psycho-pedagogical practice, additional psychodiagnostic tools, theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical scientific literature, comparative analysis, observation, survey, psychodiagnostic testing, and ascertaining experiments were all used. The primary processing of the gathered data was performed using Microsoft Excel. Further processing of the data was performed using the Statistica 10 package. In particular, the calculation of the normality of the distribution (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test), correlation analyses (Pearson’s and Spearman’s correlation), analysis of the comparison of the averages for two dependent samples (Student's t-test), comparison of the medians for two dependent samples (Wilcoxon test), comparison of the averages for two independent samples (Student's t-test), and comparison of the medians for two independent samples (Mann-Whitney U test) were performed. A regression analysis was also used to determine the predictors of the intrinsic and extrinsic orientation of students’ learning motivation. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and the results of the empirical research, it was established that the learning motivation of higher-education students is a complex and polymotivated construct in which internal and external orientations as well as amotivation can be distinguished. The theoretical foundations of the factors that influence the orientation dynamics of students’ learning motivation during the higher-education learning process were determined. The intrapersonal factors include students’ sense-life orientations and basic personality needs, while the pedagogical factors include teachers’ pedagogical activity style and pedagogical communication peculiarities. The nonlinear nature of the orientation dynamics and structure of the learning motivation of students on different courses were also established. In addition, the hypothetical-theoretical model and scheme of the dynamics-related factors behind students’ learning motivation orientation during the process of learning were developed.

To correct solar radiation, stabilized and unstabilized fluorescent films with various photophysical characteristics were used during the experiment. StatSoft Statistica 6.0 software was used for statistical processing of the experimental results. Results. The level of photosynthetic pigment content per unit leaf area of cabbage plants, structural organization of mesophyll, and functional activity of photosynthetic tissues and organs were determined. Conclusions. The dependence of morphogenesis of Brassica oleracea L. plants on the action of red light of different intensities obtained by luminophore luminescence, radiation in the UV, and total photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) was established. The highest dry biomass of the cabbage plant was recorded when using a light regime characterized by a reduction of UV and stable radiation in the red region, namely, under fluorescent films of F-15, F-16, F-13, and F-10 grades. Scientific novelty. The optimum light regime of fluorescent film for efficiency of the morphogenesis mechanism using the example of white head cabbage was established experimentally.

The primary markers of plant and land pollution were Ni, Pb, Sn, Co, Cr, Zr, Zn, Cu, and Mn contents. Analytical data processing was carried out using MATLAB R2007b, Statistica for Windows, and Microsoft Excel 2003 software packages, and the method of variance analysis. Results. A botanical description of 17 vegetation representatives of agrophytocenoses was created. Conclusions. Empirical research found that the content of pollutants in plants varies significantly, depending on the ecological and chemical properties of the soil. Thus, under man-made conditions, heavy metals become the determining factor of the chemical structure of plants whose families’ selective characteristics lead to their accumulation. Scientific novelty. The peculiarities of high man-made pollution of agrophytocenoses by heavy metals were determined experimentally.

The dynamics of adaptability and yields of potatoes, wheat, and perennial grass were studied by applying different modifications of tillage to the studied soil plots, using a moldboard plow without organic topdressing, peat-manure topdressing (PMT), or subsurface tillage with PMT application. Results. The ecological and geochemical properties of soil resulting from different agrotechnical tillage methods were assessed. Based on the microbiological analysis of the level of interrelations in the "soil-plant" system, the basic indicators of the rhizospheric effect level and the most significant markers of microbiological soil stability were determined. Conclusions. The primary indicators of soil stability are those of soil biodiversity. Scientific novelty. The system of soil environmental sustainability markers in agrotechnical tillage was experimentally determined.

#11-agr Modeling the growth process of woody species at the pre-generative and generative development stages

Abstract: Aim. This study aimed to improve the methodology for assessing the growth and development of woody species by modeling their growth stages and borders and the duration of these stages. A regression model was built to determine the types (short-term, long-term) and subtypes of transitions between the growth stages, and their graphic model was developed. A retrospective analysis of the initial samples was carried out, and growth patterns depending on the development stages were established using the proposed model. Using the example of French cembra pine forests, the duration of ontogenesis stages and liminal points of transition to the next stage, corresponding to the age of the woody species, were determined empirically. Conclusions. It was established that positive growth trends of woody species at the pre-generative stage, and unsustainable short-term negative trends changing into positive ones, are prerequisites for cembra pine development and its transition into the next ontogenetic stage. A steady negative trend creates a high probability of species death. During the generative stage of development, growth stabilizes. Otherwise, this indicates long-term changes in external factors or a progressive reduction of growth processes. Scientific novelty. A methodical approach to assessing and predicting the growth and development of woody species, based on the synthesis of tree-ring and statistical methods, is proposed.

This article aimed to experimentally substantiate the optimization of intensity and structure of potash fertilizers for forest soils to increase their fertility and adaptive properties of plants. The organic and mineral compositions of the soil were constantly assessed by observation using standard methods during the experiment. Results. The direct proportion of the diversity and content of soil microorganisms on the combination of the use of mineral fertilizers was established and substantiated. Conclusions. Under conditions of long-term exploitation of gray forest soils in the absence of fertilization, there is a deficit in the concentration of mineral substances (nutrients) in plants. This, in turn, reduces the level of agricultural yield. The micro-plot experiment testified to the subordinate relationship between the degree and variations of soil mineralization and its ecological-agrochemical properties. Scientific novelty. The optimal level of intensity and balanced composition of potash fertilizers in agrocenosis have a positive impact on the content of exchangeable cations in soil, biological properties of soil fungi, the general background of soil microbiocenosis, actinomycetes, and population of prokaryotes; these findings were determined empirically.

#8-agr Assessment of ulmification intensity in oligotrophic peat soils

Abstract: Aim. This study aimed to assess the ulmification intensity of oligotrophic peat soils for peat-forming vegetation species. Methods. The decomposition intensity of peat-forming vegetation residues was determined experimentally using the method of embedding vegetation into peat. Three species of sphagnum mosses, five species of subshrubs, and five species [...] Load More of grasses growing on the eastern part territory of the Danube-Dniester and Danube-Sava interfluves and within the Eastern-Serbian mountains were used as source material for the experiments. Results. Indicators of loss in weight of plant matter, ash content changes, and carbon and nitrogen losses in the initial samples of peat-forming vegetation residues were determined. The experimental results indicate that during the decomposition process, nitrogen immobilization mainly occurs during the first year, with maximum decomposition rate and constant carbon accumulation in oligotrophic peat soils. The ulmification intensity of the studied types of the source material was determined based on the decomposition rate. Conclusions. It was found that ulmification is most intense among sphagnum mosses (except S. angustifolium), which have the lowest decomposition rate. M. trifoliate and R. chamaemorus grasses, due to their high decomposition rate, are characterized by inert ulmification. Subshrubs with an average decomposition rate occupy intermediate positions. Scientific novelty. Peculiarities of ulmification in oligotrophic peat soils were determined, which may serve as a prognostic tool for modeling the ulmification intensity of peat-forming vegetation.
